The tension is building as the International Film Festival Rotterdam is just around the corner.
I will be one of the many (approx.500) volunteers that will be working at the festival this year.
From Wednesday, January 23rd till February 3rd, film-critics, -buffs, -lovers,- enthusiasts, -makers, -directors, etc will gather in a lot of Rotterdam’s cinema’s.
With a lot of international premieres, it is going to be a true spectacle.
My favorite this year? Well, there isn’t really one in particular. I am looking forward to the following though:
- TBS, by Pieter Kuijpers (starring Theo Maassen)
- El asaltante, by Pablo Fendrik
- Four Women, by Ishii Yuya
and many many more!
